Database Recruitment:-
These are basically non- advertised jobs, where selections are made from a readily available databank.
Advertised Recruitment
Where an advertisement is warranted, the client pays for the advertisement cost upfront. There will be a mutual understanding of such matters that bother on when, how and when it should be placed except where otherwise stated.
Customized Recruitment
Customized recruitment support for:-
Organizations looking for sustained recruitment support
Organizations looking for mass recruitment against a particular time schedule Organizations looking for staffing at multiple locations
PAYMENT TERMS
Your company will pay Synergy Insight Limited 10% for lower management, 10.5% for middle management and 11.5% for senior management; of annual salary of the candidate (includes Basic salary and all allowances, all reimbursable that will be mentioned in the offer letter, incentives, etc) for recruitment to each of the positions mandated by the client. These rates are however negotiable.
The above is payable within one month of the date of the recruited candidate(s) joining the service of the Client. Also, Synergy Insight Limited would work as per the process details given by the client.
For Advertised and Customized Recruitment, the payment terms are details as followings;
The Client shall pay for the advertisement cost upfront, together with the other charges as indicated in the databank recruitment in indicated above.

APPLICATIONS
Advertisement
Advert is placed in print and electronic media using professional online job portals, and applications are invited from suitable and experienced qualified candidates. One of the major advantages of using this resource is wider reach to gather candidates.
Head Hunting
Our team will beam the light on companies that are in same industry with an intention of identifying and approaching candidates whose details (experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, match with your requirements and are suitable for the job
Based on some critical factors, we propose to use the following techniques:
SELECTION
Resumes are screened by a team of human resource expert to identify and eliminate candidates that are undoubtedly unqualified and at the same time, candidates whose Resumes are considered suitable are invited for testing and interview depending on their level.
TESTING
Short listed candidates are tested on basic aptitude, communication, numeric, comprehension, computer and adaptability skills.
INTERVIEWING
Successful candidates are further interviewed to determine competence, experience, proficiency and qualification viz a viz the Job Description
PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING
We use psychometric testing to assess and understand the behaviour of a candidate through personality profiling to determine such things as extroversion, emotionality, thoroughness, openness amongst other things.
TRAINING
Where the scope of our brief extends to this, we prepare and train successful candidates by orientating them and this of course will depend on the level of the staff.
DEPLOYMENT
Candidates per role:
Where your requirements are limited to a candidate per role, we will use the same process outlined above and adopt a PFR (Position Fill Ratio) to select three (3) qualified and competent individuals for each vacancy. This is however subject to other variables.
Synergy Insight Limited will thereafter arrange and schedule interviews with your authorized personnel with the selected candidates.
We are confident that the three (3) candidates sent for each position together with a detailed report on each candidate based on our assessment will be capable of the job. The final choice of candidate will rest with your company.
Assumption of duty by hired candidates will depend on individual circumstances, acceptance of offers and other negotiable elements of the process.
TERMS AND AGREEMENTS (DATABASE, ADVERTISED & CUSTOMIZED RECRUITMENT)
SYNERGY INSIGHT LIMITED’S OBLIGATION
Recording of client requirement Brief
Provide the Client with suitable bio-data of potential candidates based on the requirements of the client as intimated to our company Synergy Insight Limited from time to time.
Ensure that the potential candidates are given fair and accurate information about the Client and the Client's requirements.
Provide to the Client any information about a potential candidate that is in the knowledge of Synergy Insight Limited and disclosure of which information may be considered to be relevant to the recruitment process and in the interest of the Client.
Communicate and coordinate between the Client and the potential candidate in fixing the venue, time or such other matters relating to meetings between the Client and potential candidate.
Assist the Client with the Coordination of acceptance of job offers by and between the potential candidate and the Client.
CLIENT’S OBLIGATION
In the Client Requirement, a brief, clear and comprehensive description of the requirements it seeks in a potential candidate must be given. This would include description of the position for which recruitment is sought, person and qualification specifications, relevant organization details, experience, salary per position, etc, as is necessary for Synergy Insight Limited to effectively perform its obligations under this Agreement.
The client is also expected to give true, fair and accurate information about itself to be furnished by our company to the potential candidate; intimate us within 7 days of receiving the bio-data of a potential candidate if the client is already in possession of or has already considered the bio-data of the said candidate.
Exercise abundant care and caution in handling the bio-data and information provided to Client by Synergy Insight Limited such that no unauthorized use or misuse is made of the same.
Upon acceptance of a candidate, the client should intimate synergy insight limited of this development.
IT IS HOWEVER UNDERSTOOD BY AND BETWEEN SYNERGY INSIGHT LIMITED AND THE CLIENT THAT:
In the event that a potential candidate is recruited for any position/post/vacancy other than which he was originally intended for, within one year of Synergy Insight providing his bio data to the Client, then the terms of this Agreement shall apply as if the potential candidate was intended for the position/post/vacancy that he has actually been recruited to.
Synergy Insight Limited will not offer a placement opportunity to a candidate recruited by the Client in pursuance of this Agreement for a period of one year from his/her date of recruitment by the Client, provided that the recruited candidate’s employment is not affected by conditions of redundancy, closure, restructuring, change of management or such circumstances of the Client.
Synergy Insight Limited shall not be held liable for any inadequacies or inaccuracies in information (as provided to Global Consultant by Client to be communicated to the potential candidates) as provided to or understood by the potential candidates. The ultimate decision on recruitment of personnel and of the completion of the recruitment process rests solely with the Client, to be exercised at its discretion or pleasure or in accordance with its policies.
CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
It is understood by and between Synergy Insight Limited and the Client that:
Synergy Insight Limited will not disclose any information that may be classified as confidential, that it may receive or obtain as a result of entering into this agreement. The Appointment Letter and the terms contained therein are confidential information and shall be used by Synergy Insight Limited only for the purposes of billing and accounting.
TAX
A Value Added Tax of 5% is to be charged on our invoice as per the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
VALIDITY
This Agreement shall come into force and effect from the date our company and the client shall agree and sign; and shall remain in effect for a period of 1year from such date.
